🛡️ Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests for:
- Items received damaged or defective
- Wrong items sent by us
- Items that were not as described on our website
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email us at support@likefood.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For COD or Zelle orders, we issue refunds via Zelle or store credit
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Opened products (unless damaged or defective)
- Perishable items that have expired due to storage issues on the customer's end
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us and we will ship a replacement at no extra cost after verifying the issue.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Wait 2 business days (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
- Contact us — we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
